At Sachem East High School: Three-year member of cross-country, indoor and outdoor track...recieved the cross-country rookie award sophomore year...two-time will to win athlete award winner...received coaches award during senior outdoor track season...member of National Honor Society and the varsity club...received the principal's award for spanish.

Personal: Daughter of Louis and Nancy Lafluer...plans on majoring in elementary education...has one brother, Brian...born on May 5, 1987...enjoys running, swimming, shopping, reading and ice skating in her free time.
