Michael Kerr is in his fifh season as an assistant for the Adelphi basketball team.

Prior to Adelphi he spent seven years as an assistant coach at Molloy College.

A native of Floral Park, N.Y., Kerr attended Holy Cross high school and participated in baseball and basketball. He attended Arizona State for one year before transferring to Allentown College. Kerr, a member of the men's basketball team, graduated in 1994 with a B.S. in Sport Management.

Kerr will assist with all areas of coaching and game preparation, but his primary responsibility is that of recruiting coordinator.

Kerr is currently enrolled in the physical education master's program at Adelphi.
